At Beit Maya, each piece is created with great care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Candles & Home Objects

All candles and home objects are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact usĀ at tamara@beitmaya.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.

Shipping Issues

Beit Maya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
