Scent Story:
Emitting an aura of love, our Rose of Damask candle captures the delicate perfume of the Levantine rose. Named after the heart of the Levant, Damascus, the world’s oldest continuously inhabited city, this exquisite flower journeyed from its birthplace, unfurling its beauty across East and West. Its loving thorns took root in the Lebanese provinces of Greater Syria around the 16th century, where it has been tenderly and widely cultivated ever since, filling the streets of Beirut; the capital of the Lebanon we know today. Along its journey, it also found a home in the hills of Palestine and the valleys of Jordan, where its fragrance lives on in the memory, culture, and tradition of the Levant (بلاد الشام).

How to use
- For the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the surface to ensure an even burn.
- Trim the wick to 5 mm before each use to reduce smoke and preserve the scent’s purity.
- Keep the wick centered while the wax is liquid to maintain a uniform flame.
- Do not burn for more than four hours at a time; allow the glass to cool before relighting.
